	Noël Hiers LCSW - Program Manager - F/T Noël earned her Masters Degree from Bryn Mawr’s Graduate School of Social Work. She received her Bachelor’s in Psychology from The College of New Jersey. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. With over ten years of experience, she has always worked with children & adolescents. She has gained perspective from working in a residential setting, on a child study team, in an outpatient office, and with homeless youth. She chose the best of the best in compiling the following team of professionals...
Hobbies:Running, Art, Stained Glass, Welding and Traveling
	Sara Halsey LSW - Program Therapist - F/T Sara earned her Masters degree from Rutgers University Graduate School of Social Work. Her bachelors degree is from Cabrini College. She is a Licensed Social Worker. She offers individual and family counseling. She has been flexible in meeting families during evening hours when it was necessary due to the family’s work schedule. She also facilitates a girl’s group. Sara is proud to be a graduate of the Cape May County Technical High School.
Hobbies: Paintball, Fitness, Going to the beach, and Organizing Closets
	Matt Jacobs BA - Youth Development Specialist - F/T Matt has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University. He has been with SBYS for over 2 years now and he is the lead staff for the majority of our recreational outings such as the skiing/snowboarding trips. He also oversees the photography group and the jam sessions. Matt’s other professional experience includes: mentoring youth in the community, volunteer work with youth, and as a residential counselor. Matt is passionate about equipping young men and women to succeed by preparing them for the next step in their life.
